All Orders Are Processed And Out for Shipping Within 24 hours. So you Should Receive Your WK Package 3-5 Business Day After Shipping Confirmation.
How do I track my order?
You Will Receive A Tracking Link ONLY if You Provide Both Email And Phone Number When Order Was Placed. Guest Check-Out WILL NOT, Be Provided With Tracking Link.
Returns
How do I return an item?
Currently We Do NOT offer Returns. But We Are Happy To Assist With A Exchange/Store credit After Reviewing Your Inquiry. Oppsie Daisy And Sale Items Are ALL FINAL SALES.
Can I exchange for a different item?
YES!! After submitting A Exchange/Store Credit for review. Once Reviewed And Accepted,WK will follow Up to process Your Request. Please allow 24 hours after inquiry, to hear from the WK team.

Why Oppsie Daisy
These Items have some type of small flaw with them during production ( which is ALWAYS listed In Item Description). Printing smeared, color was incorrect, wrong paper, something very minor. These items are not worth tossing but can still be used. Winter Knots & Co. works really hard to produce less waste as possible.
Do You Provide Wholesale
Winter Knots & Co. Is A One Momma Show. So As Much As | Love The Village, I Would Not Be Able To Keep Up With The Demand Of Producing For The Village, Alone! So Until I Can Bring Someone On To Help With Production, The Answer Is Big Chaotic NO!
